Returns and exchange details
We do not accept cancellations on custom orders or made to order items if you request a refund it will be minus the materials already used to prepare the order.
** We accept replacements on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for return shipment of the original box. If the box is not returned you will not receive a replacement box. There is a 5 day limit on replacements. Replacements can take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. In rare cases we give refunds after shipping if it was an error on our side, if you receive a refund it will be minus the original shipping charges.Insurance is included in shipping.
Each custom made piece is inspected to ensure it is pristine in every way prior to shipping. This shop is not responsible for loss or damage, or other shipping mishaps once the item is shipped.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please let me know within 2 days. I must be notified immediately so that it may be reported to FED EX, UPS or USPS.
If your item is damaged upon delivery please take a picture first, then take a photo of the contents for insurance purposes email the pictures to me.
Shipping cost includes postage, insurance, box, packing paper & tape, bubble wrap and air cushion.
If you put the wrong address on the purchase at checkout and your item is returned for undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipping cost.
